After many requests....... welcome to The Honeybun Blog!
Thanks to all of our friends and family for all of your warm wishes, we've been trying to keep everybody up-to-date, but I'm sure everyone understands, we've been a little busy.
Kyle was born on January 29th and is now 5 weeks old. At birth Kyle was 7 pounds 11 ounces and is now a whopping 10 pounds 9 ounces, and is a wonderful baby. He loves his routine already and feeds every 3 hours or so. He sleeps, eats and well, poops of course. Kyle's starting to wow us with beautiful smiles and is starting to coo. He's, for the most part, a calm baby, but he lets us know if he's hungry or if he has a dirty bum! Really good lungs...
Emma's a wonderful big sister. (Pretty well ignores him altogether!) The world still revolves around her, which is ok for now. She's still going to Pre-K Tuesday and Thursday mornings and goes to daycare on Wednesdays for the full day. (Gives mom a little break!)
I am enjoying being at home and am already itching for spring... so we can start spending more time outdoors. Paul's been working as hard as ever on the house, and is still absolutely thrilled that he got his boy!
